Welcome to Pau Hana 2026!
We are so excited for another year of racing with everyone! This year we will be racing every Thursday in April, May, June, August, and September. We will meet at 4:30pm in Mission Bay. A fun and informal sailboat race series where new sailors can gain valuable experience and grow their sailing network with other Seaforth Members. Everyone is welcome!
We will have a themed race and after party once a month, the LAST Thursday of the month.
Themes:
- April 30th – Regatta Revival (Nautical Chic Opening Night)
- May 28th – Cinco de Sail-o
- June 25th – Retro Regatta (70s / 80s Yacht Rock Night)
- August 27th – Neon Sail & Glow Party
- September 24th – Legends of the Bay (Season Finale Party)
At the after parties, we will recap the month before and give awards! Seaforth will provide simple snacks every week at after party events, but members are still encouraged to bring food to share (Pot-Luck style). BYOB or can be bought at Seaforth Mission Bay.

Overall Race Series Information:
Member rate: Always $15 for members, whether they reserve in advance or not. (Cannot use dues).
Non-Member rate: $20 for guests.
Members are STRONGLY encouraged to reserve in advance! Boats will be filled based on the number of reservations, not by showing up or calling the day of race. These races are during our busiest season, a Capri 22 will be available to book for all renters during this time, so if members do not reserve ahead of time the non-reserved sailors will lose their spot in the race. These races are very popular! Please sign up early!
Sailor check in at 4:30pm. At 5pm, there will be a brief pre-race meeting with the Sail Club director, where we will assign skippers and teams and go over rules and courses. We will head to the boats at 5:15pm. Five minute warning will be around 5:35 pm or TBA.
Our priority is to have FUN, introduce non-sailors to the sport and to Seaforth, and to support sailor growth.
There will be at least one experienced sailor (a Skipper) per boat to avoid mishaps during the races and to avoid any collisions with our adjacent private dock (E Dock.)
